Also known by various names such as Boxes, Paddocks, Pigs in a Pen, Square-it, Dots and Dashes, Dots, Smart Dots, Dot Boxing, or simply the Dot Game, it’s a timeless pastime. The objective of Drawing Squares is to strategically complete squares on a grid, aiming to outsmart your opponent—your classmate or fellow player. To do so, you must draw lines in such a way that your opponent cannot immediately complete a square on their turn. The game continues until no more lines can be added, and the player with the most completed squares wins.
