Atari Centipede

Atari Centipede is a classic fixed-shooter arcade game where your goal is to fend off waves of enemies, including centipedes, spiders, scorpions, and fleas, using your bugblaster! Challenge yourself to survive as long as possible in this thrilling adventure. Your bugblaster fires small darts at the segmented centipede, which typically consists of 10 to 12 body parts, including its head. Each time you hit a segment, it transforms into a mushroom. The centipede continues to move independently after being hit, descending toward you. To completely destroy the centipede, you must shoot its head — hitting a segment alone only fragments it further. Navigate and aim using your keyboard or mouse to control the bugblaster and keep those enemies at bay!
